La Fondazione Biscozzi | Rimbaud dedicates its fifth exhibition to Yuval Avital, multidisciplinary artist and composer. Using different resources (painting, photography, sculpture, sound installations, video art, performance), Avital evolves his works in a variety of spaces, including public places, archaeological sites, industrial facilities, theatres and museums of national and international importance.

In this solo exhibition at Fondazione Biscozzi | Rimbaud, Yuval Avital leads the viewer in the Lucus, the sacred wood through ninety works, some of which are purposely made for the occasion, developing an exhibition divided into four moments. In the college of expressive means typical of his artistic career, he summarizes elements seemingly distant making them coexist. Archaic forms, dreamlike painting, technological plastic-sound assemblages, surreal plaster figures and light boxes suggest a metaphor of the Mediterranean landscape, lost but persisting in memory.
