On Saturday 27 September at 6.30 p.m., Fondazione Biscozzi | Rimbaud will open its doors for a special event on the occasion of the European Heritage Days 2025 (GEP 2025 in Italian). The conference, “Building, re-building a house-museum for the Biscozzi Rimbaud collection and its library”, will guide visitors through a place where History, memory and contemporary merge into a single story.
Marco Arrigoni, architect at Studio Arrigoni Architetti, and designer of the renovation of the building in piazzetta Baglivi, will lead this tour. He will recount how this ancient space, once home to artisans and printers, has been transformed into a home for modern and contemporary art museum that is also a vibrant cultural hub.
Within the walls of the Foundation, visitors will have the opportunity to hear testimonies of those who experienced the early stages of this visionary project, deepening the delicate balance between architectural restoration and enhancing the art and book collections. This is a unique opportunity to understand how a passion for art and culture can regenerate a place and transform it into a true “home” for the community.
